Prophetess Dr. Shaun Carter

Prophetess Dr. Shaun Carter are the founders of Hear His Word Ministries, Inc. and Hear His Voice Ministries.  Dr. Carter has been in ministry for over 20 years, serving in various offices. She served in the United States Marine Corps & The Florida Army National Guard then later earned her undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice. While in the National Guard, she became State Runner-Up in her Finance Division, and was on the President’s List in her Criminal Justice Program. Dr. Carter continued her education by earning her Master’s degree in Public Administration and her Doctorate of Arts degree in Theology. Dr. Carter was Valedictorian of her Master’s Program.

She served faithfully as a deputy sheriff for 13 years. Dr. Carter was the first African American female Deputy Sheriff in Flagler County and the first African American female detective in St. John’s County.
Dr. Carter faithfully served our country’s natural army, now she serves in God’s Army in all aspects of the 5-fold ministry. Dr Carter is also an entrepreneur, life & business coach, and author and motivational speaker.
